Dr Asha Chowdhry did MD (Hom. Materia Medica) from Jaipur, Rajasthan University in 1996 under the guidance of eminent homeopath Dr Jugal Kishore. She is an Assistant Professor and Head of Department (Anatomy) at Dr B. R. Sur Homoeopathic Medical College, Hospital and Research Centre, New Delhi. With teaching and clinical experience of 25 years she acts as a guide and examiner for MD students for various universities. She is also co-ordinating the projects conducted by Delhi Homoeopathic Anusandhan Parishad on arthritis and drug proving. She is involved as a chief co-ordinator for Reorientation Programmes being conducted by Delhi Government for teachers of Homeopathic Colleges. She was also appointed as the Special Police Officer by Delhi Police for working for health awareness and safety measures in her district. She is the former member of Railways' Medical Advisory Board and also the Hon. member of Rotary club and Lion's club. She has also been invited for various 'Health shows' on T.V.
