Edward Pollock Anshutz (1846-1918), an American lay practitioner who held an honorary doctorate in medicine in Philadelphia and an honorary doctorate from Hering Medical College. Anshutz was the editor-in-chief of the two homeopathic writings: “The Homoeopathic Recorder”, “The Homoeopathic Envoy”. Therapeutic Byways, New, Old and Forgotten Remedies was published in 1900.
