Dr. H.C. Allen was born on October 2, 1836, in the village of Niles town. Allen was a member of several Homoeopathic Societies including AIH, and IHA. Some of his well-known work includes Keynotes to Materia Medica, Homoeopathic Therapeutics of Fever & The Materia Medica of the Nosodes.
