Dr Surjit Singh Makker a Qualified Veterinarian from one of the Most Prestigious University of India. Dr. Makker after graduation from College of Veterinary Scince, HAU Hisar, in year 1982, got selected as Veterinary Officer by Punjab Public Service Commission in Department of Animal Husbandry, Govt. of Punjab as class I officer. In the Animal Husbandry Department, he served at various positions from Clinician to Research and Management Services. During his 36 years of service he also pursued his Masters in Information Technology MSC(IT) and Masters in Computer Applications (MCA). Later he did his advance course in DTS (Direct Trainer Skills) from Mahatma Gandhi State Institute of Public Administration (MGSIPA) Punjab.

Dr. Surjit Singh Makker is a Member Faculty of Homeopathy Malaysia (M.F.Hom.), Faculty of LCH UK (The London College of Homeopathy), and Member Faculty of KVASU, MANNUTHY, Kerala for the preparation of Course materials for Post Graduate Certificate Course in Veterinary Homeopathy in KVASU for the topic " Introduction to Clinical Repertory in Veterinary Practice." Dr. Surjit Singh Makker is a Life Member IAVH (International Association of Veterinary Homeopathy) and Life Member LMHI (Liga Medicorum Homoeopathica Internationalis). Dr. Makker has developed Veterinary Hospital Management Software's and various types of Veterinary Diagnostic Software's and one Mobile Application on Veterinary Homoeopathy.
