medical professional. Forensic Medicine and Toxicology is the only subject
which deals with these issues. A Homoeopathic doctor should be well trained in
medical jurisprudence/ Forensic Medicine and Toxicology to be able to have a
successful career without medico-legal complications. He also needs to be well
read in the subject so that his knowledge may serve the purposes of law, both
civil and criminal. The law states that a physician, irrespective of his pathy,
who is registered under their council, is liable to examine, investigate and
provide an opinion on all the unnatural cases in order to gather evidences to
be presented in the court of law. Homoeopathy and its practitioners are no
different from the other branches of medicine and there can be no
differentiation in the basic knowledge of any branch of medicine. Homoeopaths
